To be honest I went a little crazy over it, we weren\u2019t allowed with him whilst they were stabilising him, putting all the lines in and the ventilator on, so I made sure (by being a little overly dramatic) that his blanket was with him! In hindsight the blanket really didn\u2019t matter but it was the one thing I could control!! The following two photos make me smile, the baby on the day he was discharged with his daddy and his favourite nurse \u2018wearing\u2019 his blanket.
